Please see the tab "Trail Bites & Highlights" for 2012 Western Reserve Carriage Club dates at Carlisle Equestrian Center.  Be aware that carriages will be on these trails.  "Carriages on Trail" signs will be posted.

Next time you ride to the duck pond at Carlisle, stop and admire the plaques that were recently installed.  Thanks Sue and crew.  They look great!

Please ride at Wellington!!

The parks are very disappointed they are not seeing horses at Wellington.  They are questioning any plans for expansion because they walked the trails and saw 0 hoof prints.  Please take some time and ride there.  Stop in, look around and lay down some tracks.

WE NEED EYES AT CHARLEMONT RESERVATION

Over the past several days, it appears four wheelers are going in after dark and riding the bridle trails at Charlemont Reservation.  Of course, it is muddy and soft and the trails both on the south side and the north are suffering extensive damage.

It has been reported to the MetroParks, but we need your help.  If you are riding in the park, or driving in the area please observe any suspicious behavior.  Please note the type of vehicles, license plate number, color of vehicles, etc. and report this information to either Vicki Mienert at 419-929-3026 or you can call me at 440-225-2457.

Thanks for your help.
